CakeBoxx Technologies and Serco have formed a technical alliance in their efforts to tackle the thermal runaway issue when transporting lithium-ion batteries on ships and aircraft.
The alliance aims to pioneer solutions to enable the safe, secure and efficient transportation and storage of lithium-ion batteries.
The collaboration will focus on developing effective, affordable and available transport and containment families of products to prevent and manage lithium-ion battery thermal runaway consequences.
