Carrier Transicold unveils new reefer unit, aiming to improve efficiency at all operating points
Carrier Transicold has introduced its new OptimaLINE container refrigeration unit which aims to improve fuel efficiency by up to 15% and provide a 40% reduction in CO2 emissions.
OptimaLINE possesses a variable speed scroll compressor that has a permanent magnet motor driven by a variable frequency drive, enabling operation at optimal levels under different conditions, setpoints and cooling loads.
The system, according to the company, maintains high-energy efficiency at all operating points at all load conditions due to high efficiency and reliability.
