Tecon Santos switches to terminal operating system from CyberLogitec
Tecon Santos, managed by Santos Brasil at the Port of Santos, has started using a new terminal operating system (TOS) developed by CyberLogitec.
The operator hopes that using the OPUS TOS will enable it to operate equipment with new technologies, including the use of optical character recognition (OCR), remote-controlled equipment, digital twin simulations and artificial intelligence.
The software also consolidates operations with real-time data, guaranteeing accurate information to the operational control centre, in the company’s efforts to modernise and unify container operations, improving planning and productivity.
