SSA Terminals receives two ZPMC super post-Panamax cranes at Seattle

SSA Terminals (SSAT/ST) and the Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) has received two ZPMC super post-Panamax cranes to the north harbour, marking an important milestone in Phase Two of the Terminal 5 modernisation project.

Standing at 316 ft tall with a 240 ft outreach boom, these cranes can handle vessels with containers stacked 10 high and 25 wide on deck.

SSA/ST already has four super post-Panamax cranes so another two will increase capacity and job opportunities for the region, according to the operator.
