Yilport Stockholm Nord has doubled the number of train departures to Europe to six regular weekly shuttles due to increased demand from the continent, aided by investment from German transport companies Spedition Bode and Kombiverkehr.
The Kombiverkehr service connects Stockholm to hub terminals throughout Sweden and the route, via a ferry from Malmo, extends into Germany, down as far as Munich, and Basel, Switzerland.
The route provides connections to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Slovenia and Poland, which the trains can progress through to the UK, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Czechia and Slovakia.
