The Taylor Group has acquired 85% of the shares of CVS Ferrari (CVS), a manufacturer of mobile container handling and heavy cargo equipment, from NEIP III and BP.
Founded in 1973, CVS manufactures reachstackers and high-capacity forklifts, in addition to offering digital integration and electric and hybrid solutions with patented energy recovery and regeneration systems designed to lower the equipment’s environmental footprint.
Since 2020 the equipment manufacturer has seen a triple revenue increase boosted by new product introduction and a broader market reach.
