CMA CGM, COSCO Shipping, Evergreen and OOCL have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to extend their cooperation within the Ocean Alliance for another five years until 2032.
The extension follows announcements that the 2M Alliance will break up, while Hapag-Lloyd will leave THE Alliance to form the Gemini Cooperation with Maersk.
Launched in 2017, the Ocean Alliance is the world’s largest operational shipping network.
