Port of Helsingborg to test autonomous terminal tractors
The Port of Helsingborg, in collaboration with Terberg and Easy Mile, has begun to test an autonomous terminal tractor at its container terminal.
Initially the test will be conducted outside of regular production with the aim to conduct live testing during operations by late 2024 should the first phase go smoothly.
The goal is to investigate the autonomous system’s maturity level and identify the technical challenges.
