The Port of Baltimore is expected to resume normal operations by June 10 after salvage crews removed the final piece of wreckage from the Fort McHenry Federal Channel.

The Unified Command removed the large steel truss segment on June 3-4, around 10 weeks after the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge.

Using concrete breakers, underwater surveys, and oxyacetylene torches, they separated tonnes of concrete roadway, cable and steel rebar from Section 4C while removing debris with clamshell dredges.
