The Port of Long Beach saw its container volumes drop by 8% in May to 695,937 teu due to shifting trade routes and cancelled voyages.
Empty containers declined by 7% to 249,782 teu while imports fell by 5% to 345,271 teu and exports decreased by 21% to 100,885 teu.
