SeaCube orders 3,000 Carrier Transicold OptimaLINE reefer units
SeaCube Containers has placed an order for 3,000 refrigerated containers by Carrier Transicold’s OptimaLINE units, making it the first major container leasing company to acquire the systems.
OptimaLINE features a variable speed compressor with a permanent magnet motor and a variable frequency drive, all precisely engineered to optimise energy consumption, enhance reliability and reduce operating costs.
The enhancements also enable tighter temperature controls, helping to decrease customers’ overall carbon footprint, while providing peace of mind.
