TraPac Oakland, a container terminal operator in California, has ordered two Liebherr ship-to-shore (STS) cranes, marking the Irish-based manufacturer’s first contract to supply equipment to the US West Coast.
The cranes have a 66 m outreach, a 53 m lift height and span just over 30 m with a lifting capacity of 66 long tonnes in twin-lift mode.
The features help to deliver exceptional performance for high-capacity handling, making them ideal for servicing the world’s largest container vessels.
