MAFI autonomous terminal tractor proof-of-concept project launched at Wilhelmshaven Container Terminal
A proof-of-concept project involving Eurogate, Embotech, MAFI and ICT Group has been launched to test an autonomous terminal tractor (ATT) at Wilhelmshaven Container Terminal.
MAFI’s T series will be deployed as a base vehicle, powered by Embotech’s Level 4 AV-Kit, and ICT Group’s SmartECS will integrate the equipment with the Eurogate systems.
This combination enables fully autonomous container transportation, optimising safety and efficiency in the terminal’s operations.
