Baltic Hub Container Terminal has received the final three of seven ship-to-shore (STS) cranes for its T3 terminal expansion project.

The new cranes are among the tallest and most advanced in Europe at 93 m high, can extend across vessels to a length of 74 m and can raise a container of up to 65 tonnes to 55 m high.

The cranes were first fully assembled before commencing their 29,500 km voyage by sea to Poland in December 2024 after the first four were delivered in October last year and are currently undergoing testing with feeder vessels.
