New US$1bn bridge for Long Beach

Terminal de Vila Velha automates its gate with SmartLanes

Terminal de Vila Velha in Espirito Santo, Brazil, has opted for the installation of Kalmar SmartLanes OCR to improve security and productivity at the gate. Cargotec will provide the Kalmar SmartLane solution comprising an Automated Gate System (AGS) which automatically captures the container numbers, truck license plates, chassis plates and driver identification of all inbound and outbound transactions. Gothenburg to build a huge new logistics centre
