cm take privacy and confidentiality very seriously. We never pass customer details on to any third party for any use what so ever.
Any orders placed by PayPal, are subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions. We do keep records of orders received, but no data whatever about credit/debit cards used is ever transmitted to us. If orders are placed with us by phone, customers card details are registered either directly on the credit card machine or on paper and then transferred to the credit card machine. All paper copy taken during the order transaction are destroyed [shredded] immediately after processing and dispatch.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
cm is registered with the Data Protection Agency and follows all guidelines issued by them concerning the retention of personal data. All of the limited personal information we have on record may be queried by our customers.
