Mr Åkman, who is 48 and holds an MSc degree, has had a long career in industrial services and is currently deputy business unit manager, process automation services at ABB China. Before that, he was president and CEO of Done Solutions in Finland. He has also held various other management positions with ABB Group, Fortek Oy, Huber Oy and Strömberg.
