Konecranes has delivered 13 reach stackers to Ethiopian Shipping Logistics Services Enterprise (ESLSE) to utilise in container handling, with the majority of the order being delivered to Ethiopia’s main dry port.
Modjo Port & Terminal, which handles most of the country’s trade, has received 10 reach stackers while the terminal operator’s smaller inland terminals of Kaliti, Mekelle and Kombolcha have received one each.
Every reach stacker included in the order has a lifting capacity of 14 tonnes and features a smart MD4 display and multifunctional joystick with the aim to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
