APM Terminals makes storage space available in North America
APM Terminals (APMT) in North America is making fee-based storage space available for ocean carriers facing logistics logjams, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Space will be available at APMT Pier 400 Los Angeles, California; APMT Elizabeth, New Jersey; APMT Mobile, Alabama; South Florida Container Terminal, Miami, Florida and APMT Lazaro Cardenas in Mexico.
The spread of the coronavirus has disrupted logistics chains, causing a lack of storage space in interior locations, leading some companies to have unexpected storage requirements.
