Haifa Port has completed its N4 terminal operating system (TOS) migration project with remote support from Navis.
The port, influenced by future growth expectations and a demand for new terminals, initiated a project to merge facilities that historically operated as independent operations into one integrated terminal with common equipment, processes and IT management.
Due to COVID-19, the Navis team was unable to be on site to complete the go-live however, with the support of both the Navis and Haifa Port teams, the project was able to be completed on schedule.
