Maersk Container Industry (MCI), in cooperation with leasing company Textainer, is set to deliver 500 new Star Cool units to Dole Food Company in January 2021.
The units will be enhanced with Star Cool’s smart fresh air control system AV+, which helps to reduce energy consumption.
This played a part in Dole’s decision to choose Star Cool as it aims to deliver the highest quality fruit while also reducing its carbon footprint globally.
