Hyster adds new cabin and engine for container handlers and lift trucks

Empty container handlers and RS46 reachstackers will be the first models to receive the new engines

Hyster has launched its newest range of container handlers and 18+ tonne capacity lift trucks, featuring new cabs and controls as well as Stage V compliant diesel engines.

Chris van de Werdt, product strategy manager EMEA big trucks, for Hyster Europe, said: “With the new Stage V engines, businesses can continue to benefit from a low total cost of ownership and meet emissions regulations.

“The new engines reduce fuel consumption while maintaining productivity and lifting speeds, bringing the cost per load moved down.”
