Camco to implement rail OCR at Port of Koper
Camco Technologies has been awarded the contract to design, install and support rail optical character recognition (OCR) technology at the Port of Koper in Slovenia.
The rail portal, which is equipped with AI-embedded cameras, will feature the automated inventory and registration of container and rail wagon traffic entering or leaving the port.
The cameras are capable of registering container, trailer and rail wagon ID, ISO code, weight info and door direction.
