TX Logistic will introduce a new train service in January with five departures each week between Stockholm Norvik Port and the Eskilstuna Intermodal Terminal.
The railway link will connect Stockholm to a larger railway network and bring it closer to central warehouse storage in Eskilstuna.
Fredrik Abrahamsson, sales manager at TX Logistik, said: “Expanding our operations improves the preconditions for transport to and from Stockholm, both for existing and for newly established companies in Eskilstuna and its surrounding area.
