HHLA to test first hydrogen-powered truck in Slovakia

Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG’s (HHLA) intermodal company Metrans has signed a letter of intent with Mobility & Innovation Production s.r.o (MIP) to test the first hydrogen-powered truck in Slovakia.

Metrans aims to expand its fleet of zero-emission vehicles to offer its customers fully climate-neutral container traffic.

The company will initially be deploying the hydrogen-powered truck for Sloval transport within its European network and conducting comprehensive testing.
