ONE acquires minority stake in New Priok Container Terminal One
Ocean Network Express (ONE) has acquired a minority stake in New Priok Container Terminal One (NPCT1) in Jakarta, Indonesia, which has an annual capacity of 1.5m teu.
Built in 2016, NPCT1 can accommodate advanced mega container ships with deep drafts and modern equipment, while also serving mature gateways in Southeast Asia.
The acquisition strengthens ONE’s presence in the regional supply chains and helps safeguard access to terminal capacity in an important region.
