Process automation IT solutions provider Visy Oy has acquired Autepra AUB, an IT systems integrator for container terminals and ports.
Autepra AUB will operate as a subsidiary of Visy as part of VisionSense Technologies AB, which will help accelerate Visy’s growth in the container terminal market.
The IT systems integrator boasts decades of integration and project experience that will expand Visy’s reach and service offerings.
