Künz wins major contract for automatic gantry cranes at TSA Infra Terminals
Austrian crane manufacturer Künz GmbH has received a significant order from ÖBB for five automatic gantry cranes with remote control stations to the Terminal Service Austria (TSA) INFRA terminals in Vienna South, Wels and Wolfurt.
The order is one of the largest European orders in the intermodal business that Künz has received in recent years and shows a clear signal for the shift of traffic from road to rail.
David Moosbrugger, CEO of Künz, said: “This order underscores the extremely successful cooperation between ÖBB and Künz over the past decades.
