Baltic Hub inaugurated its new greenfield T3 terminal in Gdańsk, which spans 36 ha and will increase Baltic Hub’s annual container handling capacity from 3m teu to 4.5m teu once fully operational by the end of 2025.
Key infrastructure of the terminal includes a 717 m quay wall with a water depth of 17.5 m, enabling it to accommodate the world’s largest container vessels.
Ong Kim Pong, Group CEO, PSA International, said: “The official opening of the T3 terminal marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter not just for Baltic Hub, but for the broader European trade landscape.
