Kalmar and AGL complete STS crane refurbishment project in Abidjan
Kalmar and Africa Global Logistics (AGL) have cooperated on a project to refurbish two ship-to-shore (STS) cranes at AGL’s container terminal in the Port of Abidjan.
The order was booked in Kalmar’s Q4 2024 order intake and the work was completed during Q1 2025, as part of Kalmar’s Modernisation Services offering.
The project scope for the cranes in Abidjan included replacement of forestay and pivot point bearings, trolley rails, short rails and trolley and guide wheels.
