Adriatic Gate Container Terminal (AGCT) has received two new quay cranes as part of a major €35m (US$41m) investment in the modernisation and expansion of the terminal’s handling capacity.

In the coming weeks, the terminal will also receive two new hybrid rubber-tyred gantry (RTG) yard cranes, designed for container handling in the storage areas.

Their hybrid drive system enables significant fuel reductions and emission savings, further supporting the terminal’s sustainability goals.
