Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA)’s subsidiary Metrans has introduced new rail connections between the Baltic Sea, Central Europe and Turkey.
With the addition of Gdansk and the Halkali Terminal close to Istanbul, Metrans now offers a complete rail network stretching from Gdansk, Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Wilehlmshavem and Rotterdam in northern Europe to Koper, Trieste, Piraeus and Istanbul to the south.
