Eurogate completes TOS upgrade

CONTROLS provides emulation capabilities that allow for extensive testing of TOS such as TOPX-Advance in a realistic but safe environment, using a wide variety of different scenarios to identify any operational issues in advance and to ensure that live implementation goes smoothly.

TBA works with clients to identify staff training and preparation requirements and, after implementation, conducts an onsite fitness review twice a year to evaluate the performance of the system and to optimise its operational efficiency on an ongoing basis. In addition, it works with clients to determine the best method for firmly embedding the CONTROLS system within the organisation, in response to changing future requirements.

Bernd Huckschlag, Eurogate regional manager, said: “Eurogate has been working closely with TBA to reach the conclusion of the delivery phase and we are now making the final preparations before going live. We are very confident that by using CONTROLS and TOPX-Advance in combination, we are in the best possible starting position for future success.”
