APMT wins Callao Port concession
The concession contract will be signed within the next month, with APMT taking over operations 60 days thereafter.
APMT is to invest US$749m to modernise and “transform” Terminal Muelle Norte into a modern multipurpose terminal for a range of cargoes, including containers, general cargo, ro-ro, break bulk, as well as accommodating cruise ships.
At full capacity, the terminal will be able to handle 2.9m teu and 9.9m tonnes of non-containerised cargo.
