Continental launches new tyre size
Continental has expanded its terminal tyre portfolio with the production of a new tyre size for its TractorMaster.
The new 280/75 R 22.5 size, which fits optimally on narrower rims in sizes 7.5/8.25–22.5 thanks to its low tyre diameter, is especially well-suited for container transport and roll-on roll-off (ro-ro) operations.
The tyre can be used on yard tractors and container carriers for lifting and moving containers and trailers in container terminals, central warehouses, distribution centers, and airports.
