PSA develops cloud-based transport management system to digitalise and decarbonise container trucking

PSA Singapore, supported by Enterprise Singapore, has developed a cloud-based transport management solution which uses AI in an attempt to facilitate smarter trip planning and eliminate operational inefficiencies for the haulier community in Singapore.

OptETruck is part of the company’s efforts to further digitalise and decarbonise the container trucking industry and aims to improve hauliers’ asset utilisation, reduce carbon emissions and operating costs.

A key feature of the solution is automated scheduling, which can match and recommend jobs so that hauliers can reduce the number of empty trips made across supply chain points.
