Hassan Allam Construction awarded contract to develop Container Terminal 1 at Port of Neom
Hassan Allam Construction, a subsidiary of Hassan Allam Holding, in partnership with El Seif Engineering Contracting and China Harbour Engineering Arabia, has been awarded an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract to develop Container Terminal 1 at the Port of Neom.
The contract also covers the development of the Marine Services Area (MSA) and the design and construction of all MSA and T1 buildings, as well as the infrastructure and entrance zone to the new terminal which is set to open in 2025.
The port is in Oxagon, the industrial cluster of Neom, which is meant to attract advanced and clean industries, research and innovation, next-gen port and integrated supply chain and logistics.
