FERNRIDE appoints new chief revenue officer
FERNRIDE, an autonomous trucking solutions provider for port and logistics, has appointed a new chief revenue officer (CRO) to help drive its commercialisation and strengthen partnerships with container terminal operators.
Guenter Schmidmeir has vast experience and a proven track record in the logistics industry and first joined FERNRIDE as a board member in June last year.
Throughout his 25-year career, Schmidmeir has held key positions including general manager at Navis and senior vice president of automation sales at Kalmar.
