Julian Tapias, international director of Noatum Maritime, is retiring after more than two decades with the company.
He joined the Spanish maritime, logistics and port services group in 1997 when it was known as Marítima del Mediterráneo, heading the restructuring of the Regular Line Agency area.
Since then, he has held other positions within the company, leading the Tramp division, and management positions as a director of S5 and CEO of Actanis Project Cargo and Marmedsa Chartering.
The company noted in a statement: “Noatum would like to acknowledge Julian’s commitment to the company, his ability to convey his knowledge and his experience to the organisation.
“His style and performance will remain a benchmark in the company for many years to come, and he will thereby continue to contribute to positioning Noatum as a leader in the sector with the quality of service that our clients recognise.”
