OOCL launches Transpacific Latin Pacific 8 service to strengthen express linkage between Asia and Mexico

OOCL has several other existing Latin America services

OOCL has launched a new Transpacific Latin Pacific 8 (TLP8) to enhance its network in coverage in strengthen its port coverage in emerging markets.

In addition to OOCL’s existing loops TLP1/2/5/6, the new service will offer direct connections between China and Mexico, offering a competitive transit time of 16 and 20 days from Qingdao to Ensenada and Manzanillo respectively.

The new service will commence from Shanghai with an estimated time of arrival of August 20, 2025, at Ensenada.
