Lagaay joins Ports America as COO

Lagaay joins Ports America from Maersk, Inc. in Charlotte, NC. He joined Maersk in 2006 as senior vice president and area operations manager, before which he worked for P&O Nedlloyd from 1992 to 2005 in a variety of positions. When he left P&O Nedlloyd in 2005, he was senior vice president and general manager of corporate operations.
