MSC announces 2M service itinerary with Maersk
MSC has revealed the proposed service itinerary of the 2M alliance with Maersk Line, with the vessel sharing agreement (VSA) set to operate from next year subject to regulatory approvals.
The deal features 185 container vessels serving 77 ports along 22 routes at a total capacity of 2.1m teu.
The plans include six routes between Asia and North Europe, five between Asia and the Mediterranean, three Transatlantic services between the Americas and North Europe and two connecting the Mediterranean and the Americas on Transatlantic courses.
