CMA CGM completes €4.85bn acquisition of Bolloré Logistics
CMA CGM has completed the acquisition of transport and logistics company Bolloré Logistics for €4.85bn (US$5.3bn).
In 2022, Bolloré Logistics achieved a turnover of €7.1bn, transported 710,000 teu of ocean freight and 390,000 tonnes of air freight.
Additionally, the French company has a storage capacity of 900,000 sq m.
